Western MA volleyball club is part of the New England region of USA Volleyball. We run teams at all age levels for boys and girls, grade 6 - 12. The girls season runs from Nov. until the first weekend on May. Our boys season starts in October and ends in March.

GIRLS TEAMS
IN-HOUSE PROGRAM ($250) - Western MA in-house program will run on Sunday's only. Athletes will have 2 hrs of instruction each week. Their will also play in an in-house tournament with other teams from the Western MA Club. The season will run from Nov. thur end of Feb.
CLUB LEVEL ($525) - Western MA "club level" is open to all athletes in grades 6 - 12 regardless of experience. Athletes will be placed on teams according to age and ability. These teams will be competing against regional teams of equal age and ability in five tournaments throughout New England Region (NERVA) on Sundays.
(2012 Tournament Dates; March 11, 25, April 15,29, May 6)
Practices are held on Sundays at Holyoke Community College, Mahar High School and Stoneleigh Burnham School. Players can choose a practice site and also can be placed on a team with friends or other players from their school, to aid in car pooling.
OPEN/Travel LEVEL ($700) - Western MA "open level" is open to ALL athletes. There will be tryouts for this level, and athletes that are not placed on an open team will have the option to be placed on a club team. Open teams will play the 5 NERVA tournaments plus 2 or 3 two day interregional tournaments. These teams will also have the option for more practice time and additional tournaments.
BOYS TEAMS
We have been running boys teams for the last 7 seasons. Our 18's Boys team won the NERVA Championships 2010. Past players have gone on to play in college, become PAVO officials and coaches at the High School and collegiate levels.
OPEN LEVEL ($475) - Western MA "open level" is open to all athletes. Teams will play in 5 or 6 one day tournaments throughout New England and New York. There will also be the option for the team/s to play in a multi day tournament. Last year our 18's team win the silver division in Albany NY tournament.
