Roxann Link
Club Director
Roxann Link is the Program Director and Founder of the Western Mass Junior Olympic Volleyball Program.  The program was started in 1991. 

Currently Roxann is the Assistant coach of the Amherst College Women's Team.
In her 1st year she helped coach the team to the Elite 8 of the NCAA Division 3 Championships. The team finished the season with a 30 - 5 record.

Other Current Volleyball Positions:

New England Girls Jr. Coordinator: Responsible for the day to day running of the  38 girls clubs in                                                                                  the NERVA region.
NERVA Girls Scheduler: Responsible for scheduling all 300+ NERVA girls teams on the 4 NERVA                                                                   dates and ranking and seeding teams into the Qualifiers and Championships.
PVIAC Girls Volleyball Commissioner: Trains and schedule PAVO officials for the 31 High Schools in the                                                                             PVIAC league.

2007 Division III - Regional Champs and Elite 8 Finalist
2 Undefeated Seasons at Greenfield Community College
2 Consecutive New England Championships and District runner-ups
1986 NJCAA Region XXI Women's Coach of the Year
Playing Highlights:
Winning women's Open level beach tournament.
Teaming with former Russian Men's Olympic player to play in outdoor doubles tournaments.
